Many inspired hockey players are now doing some sort of off-ice training to improve their fitness level on the ice. While the training programs may vary for players of different skill level and age, there is a common denominator that needs to be addressed for each player. That denominator is how do you know that your off-ice program is actually improving your performance on the ice?
