The Europe tournament offers HNA members a chance to see the League do something no other North American league can do – stage a tournament in Europe. Bringing in teams from all over Europe (past participants: Germany, Iceland, England, France, Belgium, Russia, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy and players from as far away as Japan), HNA stages an international tournament that is still the most talked about adult tournament in the region. Selling out quickly every year when announced to the European teams, participation in this tournament is a chance to get just a taste of what the Olympics must really be like.

As a member of HNA’s own Canada or USA Travel Teams, you’ll be wearing your country’s colors and representing the best in what amateur sportsmanship has to offer. Win or Lose, you’ll play some great games and have a fun time with your teammates.

This program is designed specifically for individual registration, so don’t worry if it’s just you and a couple of friends, or just yourself – we have a team for you to play on. Whether you are just out of beginner school or have professional experience, we have a level for you to enjoy the weekend.

Never been to Europe before? No problem, HNA picks you up at the airport, arranges for your room and transportation back to the hotel, to and from the arena, and when it’s time to head back, back to the airport. You just show up and have a good time.

The tournament staff has more than 30 years combined experience with this particular tournament, so all questions can be answered and you’ll never be left alone or stranded wondering where you are or what’s going on (a bonus, most people in Holland speak English and are very friendly).

Getting around between games? There is a train station right at the hotel, so getting to The Hague, Amsterdam, Brussels, or Paris is right at your doorstep.

During the weekend you’ll have a chance to play teams from Europe in a tournament competition that will test the limits of your playing ability. Afterwards there is a cozy bar at the arena where you can enjoy a post game drink with your teammates and your new European friends and watch other tournament games throughout the weekend. The tournament takes place at a professional stadium (You'll Love It!).

Also included in the package is 6 nights & breakfast buffet at a 4 Star Hotel, less than 10 minutes from the arena. 

But don’t forget, in Holland hotel rooms are smaller than those in North America so don’t be surprised when you get into your room. You can choose to share a room with a teammate, or if you bring a wife/girlfriend/significant other you can get a room of your own. Just let us know and we’ll book it for you.

The trip is priced based on a week’s stay, but the package is completely customizable. Stay longer / shorter  – start or end your European vacation with the tournament – let us know and we’ll price out a great deal for you.

How to Sign Up: (no price increase from last season)This season the price to play in Europe will be 895 EUROS  per person, double occupancy / 1,295 EUROS single occupancy (player alone, or with non playing guest). Price  includes 6 nights hotel, breakfast buffet every morning, all tournament playing fees, transportation to/from airport/hotel/ice arena – basically everything but your airfare, spending money and dinners.

Overall, you won’t find a better hockey vacation deal in recreational hockey. In fact we've seen "tours" that offer fewer features & service, but at more than twice the price.
